Flights come in to San Juan International Airport (SJU) or Isla Grande Airport (SIG) both on the island of Puerto Rico.

From there you can select one of several small airlines that fly into Vieques (VQS). Another option — take a taxi from the airport to the dock in the city of Fajardo and ride the passenger ferry from Puerto Rico to Vieques.

The one hour ferry ride crosses the Vieques Sound and costs $2.00 per person. It is a unique and interesting experience!
